Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Vital Serenity Counseling, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through a telehealth platform, accommodating clients' schedules and needs.

• Conducting thorough assessments to determine clients' needs and formulating tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges and goals.

• Employing a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to facilitate client progress and relationship improvements.

• Collaborating with fellow therapists, case managers, and external agencies when necessary to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each client.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of client therapies, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges such as communication issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this LMFT position, applicants must possess:
