Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and establish individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities to address a broad range of mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to provide coordinated care that addresses the holistic needs of clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and support services for clients experiencing acute distress, employing both your clinical expertise and compassionate approach.

Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have experience working with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Familiarity with telehealth services and evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Therapy is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
