Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through our telehealth system.

• Assessing clients' diverse needs, backgrounds, and experiences in order to create tailored treatment plans that drive positive outcomes.

• Implementing a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and structural family therapy, to address specific client issues.

• Regularly collaborating with colleagues to discuss cases, share insights, and ensure holistic care for clients.

• Maintaining detailed documentation of client sessions and progress using our secure, user-friendly electronic health records (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, which includes individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of challenges such as relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
