This position offers a blend of remote work combined with outpatient office interactions. Working from home allows therapists to maintain a flexible schedule while still providing face-to-face support when necessary. Our team is composed of professionals who support one another in an encouraging and dynamic digital environment. Primary working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., fostering a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mood disorder symptoms, including assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of these symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans designed to meet their individual needs and goals, employing evidence-based therapies.
\n
• Utilize specialized modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others to assist clients in managing their mental health.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies, ensuring they feel empowered in their journey.
\n
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect their evolving needs and circumstances.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and various medical professionals to provide integrated care tailored to each client.
\n
• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance the effectiveness of therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain complete and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development initiatives.

• Advocate for clients' mental health needs and fight against stigma associated with mental illnesses.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will work primarily with individuals facing challenges in their personal relationships, navigating divorce, and addressing various mood disorders. Our client base includes families, couples, and individuals who seek support for their emotional, psychological, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
