This position is primarily remote, allowing flexibility in how and where you practice. While we prioritize the comfort of working from home, our outpatient office in Kent serves as a base for in-person activities if required. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide in-depth, therapeutic support to clients facing challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, grief, and communication difficulties.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s values, specific needs, and therapeutic goals.

• Foster a trusting and cooperative environment that enables open dialogue and healing for clients and their families.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions to support therapeutic outcomes while adapting to individual client situations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to create a comprehensive care approach, ensuring all aspects of a client’s wellness are addressed.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients in urgent situations, ensuring their safety and emotional stabilization.

• Engage in continuous professional development by seeking additional training or specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, or couples counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will include individuals, couples, and families of diverse backgrounds and circumstances. You will be expected to apply culturally sensitive practices that honor the uniqueness of each client’s experience, aiming to create palpable improvements in their relationships and overall life satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Washington (LMFT).

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating strong assessment, diagnostic, and case management skills.
\n
• Proficiency in developing and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect emotionally with clients and establish rapport quickly.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
