Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Wellspring Shift Wellness, you will:

• Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, tailoring your approach to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address various issues such as relationship conflicts, grief, and family communication challenges.

• Develop and implement treatment plans, guiding clients through their therapeutic journey.

• Document therapy sessions and progress with accurate and timely notes in our digital health records system.
