Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to establish mental health diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs. This will include creating comprehensive documentation in adherence to company policies.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client sessions weekly, providing dynamic therapy services that include individual, family, and group therapy.
\n
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and work cooperatively with a dedicated team to enhance service delivery and fill mental health care voids within the community.

• Utilize creative and evidence-based interventions during sessions, empowering clients to set and achieve their therapeutic goals.
\n
• Prepare and submit accurate session documentation, including treatment plan updates and clinical notes, in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Facilitate coordination of care with various stakeholders such as case managers, educational staff, and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families grappling with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000, contingent on qualifications and experience.
