Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients through active listening and empathy, creating a safe environment for open communication.

• Diagnose a range of mental health disorders based on clinical assessments and refer clients to specialized services as necessary.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, ensuring continuity of care and adapting treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Perform ongoing assessments of client progress, utilizing standardized testing and self-report measures as appropriate.

You will primarily work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families struggling with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
