Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive support to clients facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, conflicts, grief, and relationship problems, employing effective therapeutic modalities tailored to their needs.

• Craft individualized treatment plans that are guided by the clients' personal values, life experiences, and goals to ensure a customized and effective therapeutic process.

• Create a safe and welcoming environment that promotes trust, open dialogue, and cooperation between clients and staff, facilitating a collaborative therapeutic relationship.

• Utilize proven interventions and approaches for treatment, monitoring progress and adjusting treatments as necessary to maximize each client's success.

• Work closely with other clinicians, mental health professionals, and case managers to develop a holistic approach to client care, enhancing their access to additional resources.

• Be available for immediate crisis intervention, providing essential support and guidance for clients in urgent situations.

• Engage in continuous professional development by expanding your knowledge in specialized areas, such as trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, or couples counseling, to better serve diverse client needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
