Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaboratively developing comprehensive treatment plans that consider clients’ unique backgrounds, issues, and therapeutic goals.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and other relevant modalities.

• Documenting client progress with precision, maintaining accurate and confidential records to ensure compliance with state regulations and fostering continuity of care.

• Engaging in regular team meetings to discuss client care, share insights, and ensure a cohesive approach to therapy.

• Providing crisis intervention and support as necessary, evaluating safety concerns and planning appropriate follow-up.
