Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Big Cedar Counseling Services, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to help clients identify their mental health challenges and collaboratively develop customized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based techniques to promote personal growth, resilience, and psychological well-being.
\n
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions that focus on enhancing communication and conflict resolution skills.
\n
• Track and document clients’ progress toward therapeutic goals through regular evaluations and updates during team meetings.
\n
• Offer teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual sessions or have mobility challenges, ensuring accessibility to high-quality care.

• Engage in continuous learning through team meetings, supervision, and professional development opportunities to refine your skills and approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be directed towards a diverse client population, including both adult individuals and children/adolescents. You will play a critical role in addressing various mental health issues, covering a spectrum from anxiety and depression to family dynamics and relational challenges. By fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, you will help clients navigate their personal journeys toward healing and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Full licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's Degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
