Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to foster a safe therapeutic environment.

• Diagnose a variety of mental health disorders through comprehensive evaluations, using DSM-5 criteria.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, incorporating therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or family systems therapy.

• Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families while actively listening and responding to their unique circumstances.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the organization to ensure comprehensive care for all clients; refer clients to specialists when necessary for additional support.

• Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes accurately in alignment with HIPAA guidelines and company policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at our organization, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and family dynamics. Your expertise will support clients in achieving therapeutic goals, improving communication skills, and fostering healthier relationships within families and other interpersonal dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Current, active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
