Spectra Self Care Counseling Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) to join our innovative psychotherapy practice. This remote position allows for a diverse range of working hours, offering both full-time and part-time possibilities. Our therapists can maintain a healthy work-life balance as they provide supportive care to clients while enjoying the autonomy to manage their own caseloads, which may consist of 10-30 billable hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide tailored short-term psychotherapy for clients facing various mental health challenges.

• Deliver therapy through case management, focusing on both individual and group modalities, including Intensive Outpatient Programs.

• Collaborate closely with a licensed psychologist, nurse practitioner, or physician to ensure effective treatment delivery and supervision.

• Administer crisis intervention strategies and facilitate supportive therapy, stress management, couples and family counseling, and addiction counseling.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based treatment methods across diverse therapy settings, ensuring all practices align with the latest clinical guidelines.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and clinical consultations to uphold compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary consultations to improve holistic care approaches and client treatment strategies.

Our therapy services cater to individuals, couples, families, and groups, especially those dealing with complex mental health disorders or dual diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• Active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D) is mandatory for practice in Washington state.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited educational institution is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in providing psychotherapy services is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 125,000 annually, reflecting both experience and expertise.
