Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Odyssey House, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough diagnostic evaluations of clients using the latest DSM criteria and recommending appropriate treatment plans.

• Providing psychotherapeutic interventions through individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.
\n
• Delivering crisis intervention and brief therapy services in a timely and compassionate manner.

• Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of clients, fostering recovery and empowerment.

• Consulting collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated care for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
