Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy for clients through telehealth platforms.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the needs of individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges.

• Utilize case management and psychotherapeutic interventions, employing evidence-based modalities for effective therapy.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists, to support patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients as necessary, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate care.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, prepare reports, and collaborate with relevant entities (e.g., schools, social services) to enhance client support.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to continually enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse group of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current LMFT license to practice in Pennsylvania or possess a relevant doctoral degree (Psy.D).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years’ experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Prior experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records, demonstrating proficiency in virtual care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
