Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand client's mental health needs, using diagnostic tools and client interviews.

• Engage clients in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ensuring that treatment approaches are tailored to diverse populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT with Integrated Harbor, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. This population may include clients dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build a secure therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a nonjudgmental attitude when addressing clients' experiences.

• Exceptional organizational skills to manage caseloads and administrative tasks efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in outpatient settings, knowledge of evidence-based practices in addiction therapy, and skills in applying therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Experience working with specific populations (e.g., adolescents, families) is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials.
