Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a welcoming and respectful therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and grief associated with terminal illness. Your role will involve supporting clients during some of their most difficult times, guiding them towards healthier coping strategies and improved relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is essential for this role.

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Proven experience in providing individual or group therapy is preferred, equipping you to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to balance clinical responsibilities and administrative tasks effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using telehealth practices to deliver therapy, particularly in a remote setting.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities preferred, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Therapy.
