Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain trusting, therapeutic relationships with clients, empowering them to share their experiences and challenges.

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders through evidence-based methodologies, tailoring approaches to suit individual circumstances.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions—either individually or in group formats—ensuring clients feel understood and supported in their therapeutic journey.

• Monitor progress by performing periodic assessments, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to meet evolving client needs.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and specialists, coordinating referrals for additional support when required.

• Document session notes and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
