Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Harmony Fields Counseling, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, using tailored approaches based on client needs.

• Thoroughly assess clients' circumstances and develop personalized treatment plans to effectively address their unique challenges.

• Employ a range of therapeutic techniques, from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to systemic family therapy, to facilitate growth and goal achievement.

• Engage in regular collaboration with other mental health professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive, cohesive care for every client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) to track treatment outcomes and adhere to ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes a diverse range of individuals and families, addressing issues such as relationship conflicts, parenting challenges, mental health disorders, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
