Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations utilizing the latest DSM standards to determine clients' therapeutic needs under supervision.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling for individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on mental health and dual diagnosis disorders.

• Engage in crisis intervention and brief therapeutic interventions, ensuring to assess treatment effectiveness and modify approaches as needed.

• Design and implement treatment plans that address urgent mental health needs while considering the context of family interactions and sociocultural factors.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver integrated service to clients.

• Maintain meticulous records of client progress, prepare detailed reports, and communicate effectively with relevant parties, with the client's consent.

• Participate in regular clinical team meetings to review cases, share insights, and contribute to the overall quality of care provided.

• Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health records proficiently to enhance client engagement and streamline your workflow.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid LMFT license or Psy.D, allowing practice in the state of Florida.

• Familiarity with telehealth technology and electronic health records is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
