Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule and caseload. Therapists will benefit from a supportive team that handles administrative tasks, enabling you to focus entirely on client care. You will have the autonomy to establish a caseload of 10 to 30 billable hours each week, with the added advantage of engaging in consultations either virtually or in person as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and delivering short-term psychotherapy to address the needs of clients battling mental health issues.

• Providing integrated services such as case management, treatment planning, and psychotherapeutic interventions tailored to individuals and families, in compliance with the standards established under the supervision of licensed psychologists.

• Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities in therapy sessions, demonstrating versatility in working with various groups, including couples and families.
\n
• Assessing crisis situations effectively and delivering appropriate intervention strategies, including skills training, stress management techniques, and couples therapy.
\n
• Maintaining thorough documentation of therapy sessions, preparing detailed reports, and communicating with relevant parties (with client consent) to support treatment processes.
\n
• Engaging in regular collaborative consultations with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment decisions.

• Participating in ongoing team meetings and quality improvement initiatives to uphold high clinical standards and optimize therapeutic approaches.

• Staying informed about the latest developments in the field to maintain clinical excellence and apply best practices consistently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of diverse individuals, couples, and families dealing with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and dual diagnoses. You will play a significant role in providing compassionate, client-centered care focused on improving therapeutic outcomes and empowering clients to overcome their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LMFT license or Psy.D to practice in the state of Florida is mandatory.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work obtained from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in providing psychotherapy services, showcasing a strong clinical background.

• Proficient in telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to enhance service delivery and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
