Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs using the latest DSM criteria, guided by supervisory psychologists or physicians.

• Provide short-term psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based methods tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Manage a caseload of 10-30 billable hours per week, ensuring high-quality and timely care through effective treatment planning and therapeutic intervention.

• Facilitate various forms of therapy such as crisis intervention, skills training, addiction counseling, and family therapy, ensuring adaptability to the evolving needs of our clientele.

• Document and maintain precise client records, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress assessments in our electronic health record system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations.

• Engage in continuous learning and application of best practices by attending clinical team meetings, participating in professional development opportunities, and implementing feedback from supervisory consultations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in marriage and family therapy, psychology, or social work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
