Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Allina Academy, you will:

• Establish a positive therapeutic rapport with clients to facilitate open communication and trust.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations of mental health disorders in individuals and families.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.

• Facilitate both individual therapy sessions and supportive group sessions, addressing various mental health issues.

• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and external specialists to provide comprehensive care for clients requiring specialized services.

• Document all clinical encounters and treatment interventions in our electronic health records (EHR) system to maintain accurate client information.

Your clients will include a diverse array of individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relational issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• A valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Certifications as required by the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
