Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health, ensuring that you understand their unique situations.

• Formulate and develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' assessments and input, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques throughout the process.

• Deliver engaging individual therapy sessions for clients spanning a wide range of ages and addressing various mental health challenges.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions, focusing on strengthening communication, enhancing relationship satisfaction, and resolving conflicts.

• Continuously review and adjust treatment plans to respond dynamically to clients' progress and evolving needs.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records, including clinical notes and treatment histories, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic client care and ensure effective service delivery.

• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, and navigate emergencies with care and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve providing therapy to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families. You will work with clients facing challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist recognized by the State Board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
