Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with clients by understanding their unique circumstances and mental health needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, creating an inclusive atmosphere where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Our diverse clientele may vary in age and background, necessitating a flexible and tailored approach to therapy to meet each individual’s specific needs. You will be instrumental in guiding these clients toward personal growth and improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
