Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate regular communication with supervisors, interdisciplinary team members, and clients' families to track progress and adapt treatment plans when necessary.

• Organize and manage a consistent schedule of appointments, including home visits to provide in-depth support and monitoring of client progress.

• Implement therapeutic methods and engage clients in various forms of counseling, including individual therapy sessions and group counseling.

• Ensure the effective application of program plans by adhering to ethical standards and best practices in counseling.

• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing insights and strategies for improving client care and outcomes.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.

• Support in the training and onboarding of new staff, fostering a knowledgeable and skilled team.
\n
• Act as a liaison among clients, their families, and external organizations to ensure comprehensive care.

• Provide follow-up care and adjust treatment plans based on clients’ responses and progress, focusing on achieving their mental health goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will serve a diverse population, including adults and youth facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Valid, active, and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, ideally within clinical or community settings.

• A strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment protocols.

• Competency in using electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies for documentation and client management.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to create rapport with a diverse client base.

• Strong teamwork abilities, demonstrating a history of effective collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and availability. In addition to the base salary, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
