Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients to evaluate their mental health needs, ensuring personalized treatment plans are developed.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors, multidisciplinary team members, and client guardians to relay progress and identify necessary interventions.
\n
• Regularly provide a schedule of counseling sessions, home visits, and observations, facilitating monitoring and support for your caseload.
\n
• Coordinate and conduct home visits, fulfilling requirements for in-home assessments and observations as part of our holistic approach to treatment.
\n
• Oversee the effective implementation of individualized program plans, ensuring they are carried out thoughtfully and thoroughly.
\n
• Engage actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to discuss cases and share insights that contribute to improved outcomes.
\n
• Document and produce monthly and quarterly progress notes that accurately reflect client advancements and needs.
\n
• Coordinate training initiatives for team members to ensure consistency in program plans and documentation practices.
\n
• Provide ongoing support through follow-up interviews and observational assessments, always aiming to adapt to the evolving needs of clients.

• Act as a liaison for the mental health community, establishing connections that support program development and client services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including both adults and youth who require mental health support. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical context that enhances your ability to relate to our client base.

• Strong knowledge of ethical and legal standards in the mental health field.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A proven track record of collaboration within a healthcare team to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and telehealth platforms to maintain accurate documentation and client interaction.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or significant experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or addiction services are highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
