Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at providing exceptional care:

• Document and complete monthly and quarterly progress notes to keep thorough and accurate records of patient developments.

• Engage in follow-up interviews and home visits, providing continued support and resources for patients’ ongoing needs.
