Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans for clients.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
\n
• Implementing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care and referrals to additional services when necessary.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participating in continuous professional development, including attending workshops and staying informed on the latest mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will typically work with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families who face various mental health challenges. Many of our clients have limited access to traditional care and may be dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this role:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
\n
• Current, unrestricted licensing as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
\n
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
\n
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines pertaining to counseling practice.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
\n
• Competence in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other technologies relevant to telehealth service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our Licensed Professional Counselors enjoy a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and expertise. Additional benefits include:
