Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' treatment needs and preferences.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and more to meet diverse client needs.

• Maintain meticulous client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training to stay informed about the latest research and innovations in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Virginia.

• At least three years of clinical experience in a counseling setting, demonstrating a successful track record of providing therapeutic interventions.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
