Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional states, considering their unique backgrounds and experiences.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for a diverse clientele, addressing a variety of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will work with a varied client population, including adolescents, adults, and couples, each facing distinct emotional and relational hurdles. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current and active licensure as an LMFT through the State Board is mandatory.

• Experience working with both children and adults is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in direct client interaction is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized therapy modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), will be favored. Furthermore, proficiency in working within digital counseling environments and familiarity with telehealth regulations would be advantageous.
