Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques specifically tailored for insomnia treatment (CBT-I).

• Review and analyze patients' intake forms, initial self-report questionnaires, sleep diaries, and other critical documentation to gain comprehensive insights into their needs.

• Track and evaluate patient progress, ensuring that comprehensive notes are accurately documented in our electronic medical records system.

• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their clinical progress and any administrative matters that may affect their care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans and adjust approaches based on patient feedback and treatment outcomes.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
