This is a remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home while being part of a supportive and dynamic team. The role is structured around a Monday through Friday work schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a predictable and manageable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and co-occurring disorders. Serving a diverse clientele, you will employ cultural competency and sensitivity to tailor your approaches, ensuring that each client feels understood and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

  A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field that provides foundational knowledge for therapeutic practice.

  Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
