You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate patient care effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality virtual therapy services, conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth software.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive virtual assessments, adjusting these plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient progress.

• Provide immediate virtual support for clients and families in crisis, employing conflict resolution strategies and de-escalation techniques to stabilize situations.

• Engage in collaborative care discussions with team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to each client’s therapy.
\n
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychotherapy, tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Document all therapy sessions and patient interactions thoroughly while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), as well as eligibility to practice in California.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health settings, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technology and related platforms for effective patient engagement.
\n
• Strong understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses and therapeutic methodologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience conducting group therapy sessions is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and trauma-informed care practices.

• Proven ability to create and adapt treatment plans based on evolving client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
