Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly evidence-based psychotherapy through live video sessions, tailored to address a range of emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' emotional and mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals for progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse client population consisting of adults facing emotional and psychological challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. As a LMFT in our program, you will have the opportunity to provide individual, couples, and family therapy, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each client dynamic.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Proficiency with telehealth technology and video conferencing tools; experience in providing teletherapy is highly desirable.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health diagnostic criteria, treatment methodologies, and evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
