Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families in an ambulatory mental health setting.

• Utilize case management, treatment planning, and psychotherapeutic intervention across various modalities, including group therapy and intensive outpatient programs.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, conduct skills training, and support clients through stress management, addictions counseling, and family therapy.

• Collaborate with licensed psychologists and nurse practitioners for patient evaluations, ensuring adherence to the latest DSM standards.

• Assess patient needs and determine appropriate levels of care, including crisis intervention and coordination of psychiatric admissions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records to support effective client care and compliance.

• Participate in regular clinical team meetings to discuss case management and quality assurance improvements.

• Advise on potential treatment strategies in consultation with multidisciplinary teams and provide feedback on complex cases.

Qualifications\n
