Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will involve managing a caseload that may include:

• Conducting initial assessments and diagnosing mental health conditions using evidence-based practices.

• Leading individual therapy sessions, couple counseling, and family therapy sessions based on established treatment plans.
\n
• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Emotionally Focused Therapy.

• Regularly monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans to fit their evolving needs.
\n
• Documenting all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations and insurance requirements.
\n
• Referring clients to additional specialists and ensuring continuity of care as necessary.

• Engaging clients in developing coping strategies and creating healthy lifestyle changes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Wellpower, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of challenges including, but not limited to, adjustment disorders, grief and loss issues, relationship conflicts, stress management, and the dynamics of blended families. Your expertise will be vital in providing support for patients navigating complex situations such as separation and divorce, job-related stress, and family conflict resolution.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Strong understanding of telehealth technologies and best practices.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients remotely.

Preferred Experience\n
