Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will be tasked with conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, focusing on a range of issues that impact family dynamics. Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating therapy sessions that address both the couples together and individual therapy for each partner as required.

• Identifying and working through various family challenges such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, communication difficulties, and conflicts among family members.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that cater to each family’s needs and circumstances.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients through difficult life changes, including divorce, separation, and the formation of blended families.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate client records and progress notes in compliance with best practices and legal standards.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
