Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite, where you will work in a well-equipped outpatient clinic that supports both physical therapy and home care services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their functional mobility and specific rehabilitation needs.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized therapy plans in accordance with evidence-based practices to optimize patient recovery.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, using techniques that promote healing and enhance mobility, incorporating the latest methodologies in physical therapy.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff, to ensure cohesive patient care and optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about exercise regimens, lifestyle modifications, and strategies for tracking progress, ensuring they are actively engaged in their rehabilitation journey.
• Document patient progress meticulously, maintaining accurate records of treatments and outcomes based on established protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve adult patients recovering from a wide range of conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, injury recovery, chronic pain management, and sports injuries. You will play a crucial role in helping these patients restore function and improve their quality of life, using targeted interventions tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active Florida Physical Therapist License or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with patients and their families.
• Sound clinical judgment and decision-making capabilities, enabling you to adapt therapy interventions based on real-time assessments of patient response.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Experience working in outpatient or home care environments is preferred, providing insights into diverse patient needs and accelerative rehabilitation strategies.
• Familiarity with manual therapy techniques and modalities that enhance patient engagement and healing.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust salary, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
