This full-time role focuses on providing high-quality home care services to clients in need of physical rehabilitation, particularly within an orthopedic outpatient setting. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients' movement dysfunctions, create customized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions that enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and restore functionality in daily activities.

Work Environment

The Physical Therapist position is based in the comfortable and dynamic environment of our home care setting, allowing you to work directly within patients' homes. This unique setting not only ensures personalized attention but also allows you to observe patients in the environments where they face challenges. You will operate on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance while dedicating your full attention to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed assessments of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions and functional abilities.
• Develop targeted, evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to each patient's specific goals and needs, ensuring optimal recovery pathways.
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including progress notes and billing, following our clinic's protocols and contributing to accurate communication among the healthcare team.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to coordinate comprehensive care plans aimed at improving patient outcomes.
• Meet clinical productivity benchmarks while committing to continuous education and staying current on the latest physical therapy methodologies and techniques.
• Engage in team meetings, in-service training, and contribute to program development efforts that enhance our service delivery and patient experiences.
• Maintain a safe and organized clinical environment, ensuring therapy equipment is properly cared for and available for patient use.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients primarily comprise individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. As a Physical Therapist at Move Easy Rehab Group, you will directly impact the lives of these individuals, helping them navigate their healing journeys while regaining mobility and functionality. Qualifications

• Possession of a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida or eligibility to receive licensure.
• A strong team-oriented mindset, complemented by a deep commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Familiarity with the WebPT electronic medical record (EMR) system is advantageous but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of clinical experience in an outpatient or home care setting, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Experience in developing and implementing individual treatment plans.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records and documentation tools for efficient patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

Move Easy Rehab Group offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
