Work Environment\n

This remote position offers a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients through telehealth services. Our outpatient office facilitates a collaborative environment where clinicians can engage in group consultations both virtually and, when necessary, in person. You will have the autonomy to determine your caseload, managing between 10 to 30 billable hours per week, allowing for a tailored approach to your work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for clients, utilizing the latest DSM guidelines under the supervision of licensed psychologists or psychiatric staff.

• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on needs assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, brief therapy sessions, and skill development workshops, addressing mental health challenges including dual disorders and trauma.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, integrating approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy into your practice.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records using electronic health record systems, including documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and communications with other healthcare providers.

• Participate in interdisciplinary clinical team meetings to discuss complex cases, contribute to treatment planning, and enhance overall service delivery.

• Provide clinical consultation to peers, addressing any quality assurance concerns and guiding treatment approaches within the team.

• Continuously engage in professional development to uphold clinical expertise and adhere to industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will also engage with clients diagnosed with dual disorders, requiring specialized support and therapeutic intervention. Our center emphasizes tailored treatment that respects each client's background, experiences, and unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license issued by the state of Florida or equivalent license such as Psy.D.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering psychotherapy services, with a strong emphasis on clinical competency.

Compensation and Benefits\n
