Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy for clients, utilizing a range of therapeutic interventions tailored to their individual needs.

• Deliver client services that include crisis intervention, supportive counseling, stress management, skills training, couples therapy, and family therapy, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental health treatment.

• Utilize the latest DSM for accurate diagnosis and develop appropriate treatment plans under supervision from licensed psychologists or physician assistants.

• Assess treatment effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to therapeutic approaches based on client progress and feedback.

• Provide clinical consultation in an integrated healthcare setting, engaging with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Keep detailed, accurate records of therapy sessions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and communications with external support networks like schools or family members.

• Participate in team meetings and quality management activities aimed at continuous improvement of therapeutic services.

As an LMFT at Integrated Social Therapy, you will work primarily with diverse populations facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and dual disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LMFT or Psy.D license to practice in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
