Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Odyssey House of Psychotherapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough diagnostic evaluations and developing tailored treatment plans based on the needs of each client.

• Providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches to address a variety of mental health issues.
\n
• Offering crisis intervention services and facilitating skills training sessions aimed at improving client resilience and coping strategies.
\n
• Engaging in comprehensive collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Documenting all clinical interactions and maintaining accurate client records in accordance with organizational guidelines and HIPAA regulations.

• Participating in regular team meetings and training to discuss case management strategies, best practices, and ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals and families with diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and dual diagnoses. Your expertise will be critical in providing culturally-sensitive care and crafting individualized treatment plans that respect the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas or possess a Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D).

• Education: A master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing psychotherapy services.
\n
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
