Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, adapting interventions to meet each client’s unique needs and preferences.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with clients' goals, monitoring progress regularly and making adjustments as necessary.

• Perform evaluations to assess clients’ emotional and mental health needs, facilitating an understanding of their experiences and challenges.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients as situations arise, employing de-escalation techniques and resources per best practices.
\n
• Maintain meticulously organized and confidential client records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, psychiatrists, and community agencies to provide holistic care to clients.

• Engage in continual professional development by staying current with licensure requirements and participating in relevant training sessions and workshops.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at South Coast Psychotherapy Center, you will work with a diverse patient population facing various emotional and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflicts, and substance use issues. Our clients are primarily families and couples seeking strategies to improve their relationships and individual well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated experience providing therapy at individual, couple, and family levels, exhibiting familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and systemic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition to the base salary, benefits include:
