Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for clients to understand their individual needs and challenges.

• Providing short-term psychotherapy and counseling services to clients, utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to their specific situations.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems.

• Using telehealth platforms to deliver behavioral health services, including crisis intervention, couples counseling, and addictions counseling.

• Documenting all clinical interactions thoroughly, maintaining accurate and secure records using our electronic health records system.

• Participating in regular clinical team meetings to discuss client cases, ensuring comprehensive care through interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Engaging in continuous professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license or Psy.D to practice in the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.

• Prior experience utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
