Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for clients, formulating treatment plans based on the latest version of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, families, and groups focusing on various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and dual diagnosis disorders.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions, ensuring clients receive timely and effective care.

• Engage in crisis intervention where necessary, coordinating care and psychiatric admissions alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation of therapy sessions, preparing reports as required and ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines.

• Participate in clinical team meetings for case reviews and quality assurance, contributing personal insights and relevant clinical expertise.

• Provide clinical consultation regarding family interactions and community resources to support patient care.

• Offer guidance to interdisciplinary teams on treatment options, best practices, and techniques for effective client engagement.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Psychiatric Recovery House, Inc., you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals with mental health disorders and dual diagnoses, such as substance use issues coupled with psychological concerns. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and an understanding of electronic health records systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 75,000 and 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
