Our therapists have the autonomy to determine their caseloads, with expected billable hours ranging from 10 to 30 hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations for clients to identify mental health challenges, using the latest edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), under the supervision of licensed psychologists.

• Offer short-term psychotherapy sessions tailored to the needs of individuals, families, and groups, alongside specialized Intensive Outpatient Programs as needed.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as crisis intervention, stress management, couples and family therapy, and skills training to provide effective treatment and support.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with state and federal guidelines, as well as organizational policies.
\n
• Participate in regular clinical team meetings to discuss ongoing cases, share insights, and refine treatment strategies.
\n
• Provide clinical consultation on family dynamics, cultural determinants, and community resources to enhance the holistic care of clients.

• Actively coordinate care among interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psy.D is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing psychotherapy services in an outpatient setting.

• Proficient in telehealth platforms and electronic health records management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual earnings between USD 75,000 and 125,000, based on experience and qualifications.
