Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations utilizing the latest DSM guidelines, under the supervision of licensed psychologists or psychiatrists.

• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions aimed at treating various mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address specific client needs, ensuring alignment with established clinical protocols and best practices.

• Offer crisis intervention and supportive therapies to clients facing acute mental health challenges.

• Engage in collaborative consultations with interdisciplinary clinical teams to optimize treatment strategies and patient outcomes.

• Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and communicate with external entities such as schools or care facilities, as necessary.

• Participate in regular clinical team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Psy.D in Psychology, recognized by the state of Florida.

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health records systems to manage client data effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.
