Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations using the latest versions of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to assess clients' needs.

• Deliver psychotherapeutic services, including individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, and group therapy sessions for various mental health concerns.

• Utilize established therapeutic modalities addressing immediate psychological issues, including crisis intervention and stress management.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans, regularly assessing client progress and modifying interventions as necessary.

• Facilitate skills training sessions aimed at building resilience and coping strategies for clients managing dual disorders.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Engage in ongoing clinical consultation to discuss case management, treatment efficacy, and adherence to best practices.

• Maintain thorough, up-to-date electronic health records and documentation as per state and federal regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LMFT license or Psy.D to practice in Florida.

• Hold a Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a mental health setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using telehealth and electronic health record platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in specialized therapeutic areas, such as trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, or couples therapy, is highly valued. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $125,000, commensurate with experience and demonstrated clinical expertise.
