Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' symptoms related to mood disorders, focusing on their intensity, frequency, and duration to guide treatment.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs, ensuring that they receive tailored support.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address various emotional and relational challenges.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and healthy self-care practices, fostering an informed and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, collaborating with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to deliver integrated care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorders to enhance treatment strategies and client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and comply with all legal and ethical standards related to client information management.

• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development sessions to promote continuous learning and collaboration.

• Engage in advocacy efforts aimed at reducing the stigma surrounding mental health issues and ensuring that clients' needs are met effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves clients facing significant relational challenges, including but not limited to divorce, communication breakdowns, and family conflict. Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona is required.
